End User License Agreement

This EULA governs use of mcp-bridge, the Integration Broker operated by 911 IT.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and 911 Computer Repair Corp., doing business as 911 IT ("911 IT"). By accessing or using the 911 IT Integration Broker service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. 911 IT reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, 911 IT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or otherwise make the service available to third parties.

Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service; (b) use the service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure; (d) use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the service and may subject you to legal liability.

Liability Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL 911 IT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

911 IT's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to 911 IT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. 911 IT may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted herein immediately ceases and you must stop using the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Liability Disclaimer and Governing Law, shall survive.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
