These Terms of Service complement the EULA and govern your ongoing use of mcp-bridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by 911 Computer Repair Corp., doing business as 911 IT ("911 IT", "we", "us"). By accessing or using mcp-bridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Usage Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 911 IT. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, either on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. Use of the service is conditioned on acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
911 IT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to: transmit unauthorized or unsolicited communications; interfere with the integrity or performance of the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
911 IT reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, for any suspected violation of acceptable use standards.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify 911 IT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 911 IT will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that users within your organization who access the service comply with these Terms. You assume liability for their actions taken within the service.
Service Changes and Termination
911 IT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any feature thereof, at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes where practicable.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service immediately ceases. 911 IT will retain your data for the period described in the Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted.
