About the QuickBooks Online connector
Give your AI assistant audited, read-only access to your QuickBooks Online accounting data: invoices, customers, expenses, P&L reports.
What this connector does
The QuickBooks Online connector exposes your accounting data to your AI assistant through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The assistant can read records and run reports on demand, then summarize, explain, or answer questions about what it finds.
Access is read-only. The connector does not create, modify, or delete any data in your QuickBooks company. Write operations are not exposed by this integration.
What data the AI can reach
64 read-only operations across these 8 categories.
What mcp-bridge does not do
- We do not store your QuickBooks data. Every request is forwarded to Intuit in real time.
- Every request is audited. Review the full audit log from your portal.
- Sensitive fields (email, phone, address) are redacted by default.
Privacy controls
Each user controls their own redaction toggles and per-tool access filters from the portal. The audit log records every tool call with the user, timestamp, and parameters. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling details.
How to connect
